Youth Time

Part-1

The age of dreams, to attain them and to be victorious

Youth days are the best days of our lives. In this golden era of our lives where we are full of life, energy, enthusiasm, compassion, where we want to fly under the open sky, where we see dreams with open eyes and set our goals as future achievements, we want to utilise our talents, we want to work according to the talents we are blessed for.

But, all of the above mentioned dreams wants to have a platform for which we start striving to get our destiny. In order to get this platform we strive very hard. For every single minute there are great plans at the backend even some of us prepare “Plan B” and “Plan C”. All this shows our eagerness, impatience and somewhere our fear of not getting successful in achieving our goals.

Well! This is how we spend our youth worrying and striving hard for making our future successful. In this struggle many of us left behind in many ways but we keep on running harder and faster.

In this fast-paced pattern of life we leave so many relations, emotions, people, our responsibilities, our skills, our talents, the happiness with which we lived once behind just for securing our future.

But, who has seen the future, who knows when the flames of our lives turns off and we are no more.

So, why we make ourselves upset. Why don’t we spend life like a free bird under the open sky with full of life, utilising our talents and skills for a the purposeful life.

In today’s challenging time we need to realise that there is nothing which we can take with us in to the next world. So, why to run after the things which will not stay with us till the end of times.

The only thing which will go and stay with us till the end of times are our acts, behaviour with others, humbleness, our good deeds which we will practice in this world.

We need to make a shift in our thinking as youngsters we can give so much to our community. We can be a good symbol by using our talents and skills for good works. We need to make ourselves useful and purposeful because remember ‘We are the future generation.’

Future does not need a big bank balance or huge property rather, it needs a society with the people of good deeds. People who take care of their families, their elders, their societies where the good deeds should be practiced in everyday lives which will eventually bring the highest ranked creation of God the “Man” closer to Him.

So, ‘Be a Change Agent’ use your talents and skills to the maximum for the betterment of humanity and start it from the age of ‘power’ which is your youth age. If you have a talent of singing, writing, convincing, guiding etc. use them for the progress of Mankind.

As, Blessed are those who set the believers an example in their speech, conduct, in love, in faith and in purity.

COVID-19

Where the world is in extreme hazard, where the humans are losing their lives in minutes on daily basis, where the death is ruling the planet, where the world has sabotaged, where the whirlwind lifestyle has become languid. Where it seems the planet Earth is taking rest as humans are locked down and restricted to their homes. The otherwise over-populated streets have become abandoned; the otherwise crammed roads have become deserted. All seems to be unpleasant, displeasing, disappointing, un-amusing and uneventful.

This dark time has the other view as well. For mankind, it is a break from the robotic routine. The things which should have been our top priorities were neglected. The challenging jobs and the time-fixed routine snatched away from us the sense of viewing life from a different view. From the sense of spending time with ourselves, family and kids.

The COVID-19 lockdown gave me an opportunity to do and to give time to my missed mechanisms. As like most of our working community I am also employed. Therefore, I finally got time to spend at home, with my kids and family. I started working on my spiritual nourishment as well. I soon realized that we mortals have made our lives quite tough, immensely demanding, hectic and threatening. Now, by threatening here I mean the chaotic lifestyle has taken us far away from our families. We never find time to spend with the family. Our jam-packed calendars hardly allow us to enjoy playing games with our kids or to read them a story.

In life’s race we completely ignore our parents and grandparents’ ah………! this is the sad truth of our fast-paced lifestyle where, we forget the fact that as we are growing so our parents and grandparents are growing old.

Alas! Where COVID-19 is giving a tough time to mankind, there it is also giving us a lesson of not to rush too much and not to live this life in such a haste so that our families who need our time the most will be left behind or we regret one day of losing the golden moments of our lives so rapidly.

Mankind should understand its purpose of coming into this world which is to live a calm, peaceful life, free of hatred and contest as God says;

“I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing; therefore choose life, that both you and your descendants (offspring) may live; that you may love the LORD your God, that you may obey His voice, and that you may cling to Him, for He is your life.”

Therefore, humans need to ponder upon the way they are living and should choose their lifestyle wisely.
